Nominate a deserving community leader for an annual OMCDC/CHC Award
Nominations are now being accepted for the awards ceremony at the 2007 Holiday Board Meeting of the OMCDC, Community Health Center, and the Community Health Center Foundation. This annual event highlights the year's accomplishments for our organizations and recognizes deserving individuals in the community who are making a difference in the areas of social service, alcohol and drug treatment and housing for populations in-need.
