The 2012 Golf Outing will take place on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 12:30
pm at Fairlawn Country Club. Registration opens at 10:30 am. Patrons will
enjoy a boxed lunch, full dinner during the awards ceremony and an exciting
raffle!
Join us for an afternoon of fun! Our annual event features an 18-hole
four person scramble, Par 3 Hole-in-One contests and much more! To register

All proceeds raised from the Golf Classic are used to supplement the Community
Health Center’s substance abuse prevention, treatment and housing programs
