At the Community Health Center Foundation we believe that making a difference in the lives of families today insures the future of our children tomorrow.

Prevention education is our most effective tool against substance abuse and addiction. All of the money raised by the Community Health Center Foundation goes to those programs that educate young people from grade school through adolescence. We believe these developmental years are crucial in combating the negative affects that drugs and alcohol have on our community.

The Community Health Center Foundation holds two public fundraisers every year in May and September. These events help raise money as well as spread awareness about the programs of the Community Health Center. Our fundraisers are supported by corporate and individual sponsorships.
