The Community Health Center Foundation is a not-for-profit organization. Founded in 1985, it supports the programs and goals of the Community Health Center through public fundraising events and grants activities.

This annual fundraising event is held at Chapel Hill Mall and Rolling Acres Mall. It features a free nine hold putt-putt golf course. Families are encouraged to play together and to take advantage of the literature dealing with the many drug prevention and treatment programs offered by the Community Health Center.

This annual fundraising event is a nine-hole scramble played at Mayfair Country Club. Tee-off is at 9:00 P.M. and the course is played using luminescent golf balls with torches lighting the fairways and greens.

This annual event is held at Chapel Hill Mall in partnership with WBNX TV-55. The intent is to raise one mile of quarters, or $16,400. Popular TV characters, numerous kids activities and a Halloween Style Show provide attractions for mall shoppers and their children.

Through these fundraisers over the last eight years, the Community Health Center Foundation has raised a total of $285,931 in support of Community Health Center programs and services.
