If an individual engages in any illegal or anti-social activity (i.e., violence or threatening behavior toward staff or another patient, stealing, and abusive or aggressive language) he/she may be placed on the High Risk Program. This is an opportunity to work constructively on the problem behavior rather than be administratively discharged.
The High Risk program involves a contract in which you promise you will not be involved in further illegal, anti-social, or violent behavior and will comply with all the requirements of the program. Security Personnel will escort you whenever you are at the CHC. This may cover a period of time from 30 to 90 days. You will still receive services. If you fail to comply with this contract, you may be administratively discharged.
