for learning and development. Your child's education begins the day they
are born. Being a parent is probably the most important job you will ever
have, and sometimes it can difficult

Help Me Grow programs provide services that promote children's
growth and development and supports families during the important early
years of a child's life. Help Me Grow programs available to families and
children birth to three years of age, include:
Welcome
Home |
"Start on Track" includes a home visit from a registered
nurse to all first time and teen moms.

Early
Start |
"Stay
on Track" promotes the well being of children under the age of three
and their families through a home visiting program. |
Early Intervention | "Back
on Track" support development early in a child's life when they need
extra help because of premature birth, diagnosed medical conditions, or a
delay in progress in seeing, hearing, walking or talking. |
Resource
and Referral |
Help Me Grow of Summit County provides information about community resources to
all families with children birth to three. If you are looking for a specific type
of program or service, we'll help you locate the resource that is available. |
Family
Support |
Family Support Specialists provide support to families in the Help Me Grow program.
Sometimes it is helpful to talk to another parent that has been through similar
experiences. Family Support Specialists can, upon request, provide you with support
through telephone contact, home visits, and support groups. |
Family
Resource Room |
Located at the Central Site offices, the Help Me Grow Family Resource Room has
books and videos about infants and toddlers that you can check out. You can also
use the computer there to locate community or Internet resources. There's also
a play area for children while you are there. Open Weekdays. |
