Representative Payee
The Community Health Center's Representative Payee Program assists Summit County's valuable senior
citizens in maintaining independent living within our community. Referrals to the program are made through SCDJFS Adult Protective Services.
This service is supported by grants from the Summit County Department of Jobs and Family Services and the Area Agency on Aging.
Representative Payee services are provided for AAA in Wayne County. All referrals for these services must come through SCDJFS or AAA.
Priorities are food and housing needs. Health concerns and well being are
addressed to ensure seniors are safe, free from exploitation, receiving medical and/or mental health attention, and are adequately able to
sustain and/or improve quality of life.
