Mental Health Services
CHC provides mental health/psychiatric services to those adults who are struggling with a behavioral health care diagnosis. Services include mental health assessment, prescription medication management, behavioral counseling/therapy and psychiatric treatment on an individual and group basis. Patients receiving treatment must have Medicaid or be a current patient in treatment for substance abuse/addiction issues.
Admissions
Admission to the program is processed through the Community Health Center Admissions Department. Please proceed to that site for a description of the admissions process.
Fees for Services
A financial intake is completed for each patient. Medicaid is the only accepted insurance for mental health services at this time.
