Crack / Cocaine Intensive Outpatient Program
The Crack / Cocaine Intensive Outpatient Program provides a therapeutic multidisciplinary program specifically designed to facilitate the recovery of crack / cocaine dependent individuals through intensive day treatment, group counseling, medical monitoring if needed, case management, vocation development, community support group involvement and community reintegration programming. The program is designed in levels that begin with intensive outpatient services three hours per day, three days a week. In addition, individual counseling, urine drug screening, community support group attendance and individualized counseling homework assignments are vital components of the initial level of treatment. These components are continued through the second and third levels as well.
Upon completion of the first level of treatment, the patient will enter level II which consists of group counseling two times per week, along with individual counseling and support group attendance, urine drug screening and other individualized components. In this level, the patient is required to obtain a sponsor.
Upon completion of the second level of treatment, the patient will begin the third level of treatment focusing on sustaining abstinence and strengthening a recovery oriented lifestyle. The third level comprises one group session each week along with individual counseling support group attendance, urine drug screens, and other individualized components. The total length of stay for this program is approximately 4 ½ months.

Fees for Services
A financial intake is completed for each patient. Insurance and Medicaid are accepted.
