- All opioid treatment patients are required to complete the methadone orientation program, failure to do so will result in administrative detoxification.
- All opioid treatment patients are expected to arrive ready to be medicated. If you appear to be under the influence of any mood altering drug including alcohol, you will need to see a doctor. If in the doctor's/nurse's opinion you are under the influence, you may not be medicated.
- All opioid treatment patients are required to submit urine specimens. If you refuse to submit a specimen, you will not receive a dose.
- If you miss two day s of medication, you must submit a urine specimen before you are medicated again.
- If you "no show" for medication three days in a row, you must see the doctor and your counselor and you may be terminated from the program.
- The medical director must approve all prescription drugs before you take them. You must bring in your prescription drug in the proper container or prescription (with your name on it) and have it reviewed by the medical staff.
- FEES: All patients are required to pay for services. A minimum fee will be arranged with the billing department. Payment must be made prior to dosing. Failure to pay minimum fees may result in termination of services
- Any patient suspected of altering their urine or submitting a cold urine must resubmit a urine specimen. Deception may result in termination
- No loitering on agency property. This includes parking lot.
