Community Health Center Opioid Treatment Program

The Community Health Center provides opoid addiction treatment to adults who are addicted to opiates and meet our admission criteria.

Methadone is a synthetic narcotic, which is orally administered one time per day. Methadone is effective for 24 to 36 hours to stop withdrawal symptoms and reduce "opiate cravings."

The goal of the CHC Opioid Treatment Program is to provide complete methadone maintenance and rehabilitation counseling services to opiate addicted individuals with the goal of eliminating opiate and other drug use of the spread of infectious disease.
