- Males and femals, age 18 and older.
- History of addiction and current physiological dependence.
- A minimum of one-year history of addiction to narcotics.
- Voluntary participation, informed consent.
- Must sign "Consent to Methadone Treatment" from and all required state/federal forms.
- Sign release of information authorization for present/past medical and psychological treatment.
- Must not be a danger to self or others or have severe psychiatric impairment.
- Must be willing to engage in CHC's medthadone orientation program, as well as all other treatment recommendations.
