Summit Terrace
Opened in July 1998, Summit Terrace provides housing to those that are dually diagnosed, disabled, and homeless. Residents live in a one-bedroom apartment and all prospective adults are submitted to a screening committee to assure residential success with all programs.
To qualify for Summit Terrace a prospective resident must:
- Have 6 months of documented sobriety
- Be willing to participate in an individualized treatment plan
- Participate in case management
- Pay 30% of income towards rent
