Meadowlark Lane

This housing development is a project designed to assist low-income homeless individuals who are dually diagnosed with a chemical dependency/mental illness and/or other disabilities. The residents are provided with a safe and sober environment for treatment and recovery. This housing project will target individuals making between 35-65% of the Area Median Income and serve as the next step out of transitional housing.

Residents at Meadowlark Lane will undergo:

• Educational, behavioral, and primary health care services, along with social services
• Socialization skills training on site
• Medication administering and monitoring on site
