If employed, rent is calculated at 30% of income. Residents can reside in the project for no more than six months. Residents are provided private bedrooms and share common space. Common areas include kitchen, laundry, and living and green space. The project has been structured to be affordable and occupied by persons with incomes at or below 35% of the Area Median Income. Residents are assisted in finding employment within the first 30 days of residency.

To be considered for admission, the male resident must have 60 days of sobriety and be in need of sober housing. Frequently there is a waiting list which could be as long as six (6) months.
