HOPE I & II
HOPE I is a long-term transitional housing plan for recovering men and women who are involved in an intensive recovery program. Rental assistance is available, and after two years the resident is expected to assume responsibilities for the rent. Rent is based on 30% of a resident's income.
To qualify for HOPE a prospective resident must:
- Recently have completed a substance abuse treatment program such as RAMAR
- Must be without a home and single
- Take part in recovery support with the guidance of a case manager and use of the 12-Step Program and support groups
- Must attend school or work at least 20 hours each week
