Employee Assistance Program

Standard Services

The Community Health Center will include the following at no charge:

  • Specimen containers with attached temperature strips
  • Chain of custody forms with peel-off specimen security seals
  • Storage of negative samples for seven days
  • Storage of positive samples for ninety days
  • Technical consultation by professional staff including or certifying Lab Tech and Medical Review Officer
  • Monthly and quarterly statistical reports
  • Quarterly newsletters
