Community
Health Center offers
support specifically for Women
The Community Health Center offers recovery options for alcohol and drug addiction focusing on the needs of women. Women of all ages are welcome, but must be willing
to enter into a treatment program.
The
Women's Recovery Program can assist women with confidential
counseling, support groups, prenatal assistance, case management services,
parent education, life skills training, community education and outreach,
and many other treatment referrals.
The Community Health Center, www.commhealthcenter.org,
is a multi-county provider of alcohol and substance abuse treatment programs,
along with primary healthcare for adults and adolescents. The Community
Health Center is certified by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of
Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
The Women's Recovery Program at the Community Health Center offers an open support
group for women every Friday from 10-11:30 a.m. along with drop-in child
care.
