2009 Training Opportunities at CHC:

The Community Health Center presents the 2009 training series offered locally in Akron. We invite you to take advantage of these extremely valuable trainings for you and your staff.

Each training offers two or more approved educational hours. Under each training to the right, you will see letters indicating the type of RCH: Clinical (C), Diagnostic (D), Supervision (S), Prevention (P) and Field Related (R).

All sessions are held at the Community Health Center, Main Campus, 725 E. Market Street, Akron. Registration is held 30 minutes prior to each session. Training sessions begin promptly at 2:00pm, unless otherwise indicated. Refunds are not issued unless Community Health Center cancels/ reschedules a session or inclement weather arises.

Registration is from 1:30pm to 1:50pm. Training sessions begin promptly at 2:00pm, unless otherwise indicated. Per ODADAS guidelines, if you are not present at the time the session begins, you are welcome to stay, but will not receive continuing education hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The room where most training events are held is not wheelchair accessible. However, we are able to accommodate those with special needs in a separate room. For more information about wheelchair/handicapped accessibility, please call 330-315-3747.
