Governor Bob Taft today announced appointments to the Council of Alcohol and Drug
Addiction Services.
The Council on Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services reviews the development of a comprehensive
statewide plan for alcohol and drug addiction services, revisions of the
plan and other actions taken by the Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction
Services. Members are compensated for expenses only.
Theodore P. Ziegler, from Akron, was appointed to the Council on Alcohol and Drug
Addiction Services for a term ending July 31, 2005, replacing Linda Mowrey,
of Urbana, whose term expired. Mr. Ziegler is CEO of Community Health
Center. He graduated form Kent State University.
