FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Announcing Break the Cycle of Addiction:
September 16-23

The Community Health Center Foundation introduces a new event this year called Break the Cycle of Addiction. September is national recovery month, and locally we will be holding events in our area to illustrate the need for comprehensive substance abuse treatment for children and adults in our community.

Mark your calendar:

September 16 & 17: Break the Cycle at Barnes & Noble Booksellers, 4015 Medina Line Road in the Montrose area.

On Friday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CHC will be at Barnes & Noble with free family activities including miniature golf, meet-and-greets with Clifford the Big Red Dog, crafts and face painting. There will also be a book fair going on all weekend! Click here to download the event flyer.

September 23 at 6:00 p.m.: Join us at Chrissie Hynde's VegiTerranean for a unique menu, live entertainment and auction for a trip to Italy and a motorcycle courtesy of Liberty Harley Davidson.

Tickets are $75 or $125 per couple. Call Rachel D'Attoma at 330.315.3770 or email her at rachel.dattoma@commhealthcenter.org for tickets and more information.

Proceeds from these events will benefit the Community Health Center’s continuing quality drug prevention and education programs for children and adolescents, such as Project PANDA.

The Community Health Center Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation.
