Community Health Center announces new board officers

At the summer meeting of the Community Health Center Board of Directors the new board officers were elected. Theresa Carter, president of OMNOVA Solutions Foundation, was elected president of the volunteer board. Ms. Carter has been a board member since 1998. Bob Papa, VP Chase Government/Nonprofit; Doug Mory, VP FirstMerit Private Client Services (retired); and Janet D'Antonio, City of Stow Council were elected vice president, treasurer and secretary respectively. Each officer will serve two-year terms.

The Community Health Center (CHC) is a multi-county provider of alcohol and substance abuse treatment programs, wrap-around services and housing programs. For over 35 years, the CHC has been offering new and innovative programming for individuals and families affected by substance abuse. Today, the CHC offers over 20 programs in the community.
